9:00 a.m. start

Registration:

Mail-in due by May 7th. Online registration closes May 8th at 11:59pm. Race day registration available starting at 8:00 a.m.

Packet Pickup:

Beat the rush! Bib and packet pickup at Runners Roost (1685 S. Colorado Blvd.) on Friday, May 10th from 12- 7 p.m. Packet pickup also available race day.

Fees:

Youth 17 and under — $15, $20 on race day Adult (18 and older) — $25 $30 on race day Cash only for race day registration.

Proceeds benefit Girls on the Run of the Rockies, a non-profit organization that uses the power of running to change the way girls ages 8–13 see themselves and their opportunities. Girls on the Run challenges girls to stretch themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and socially while training for a 5K.

Directions and Parking:

City Park is located between Colorado Boulevard and University and between 17^th and 23^rd Avenues. Parking is available at the Denver Zoo and the Denver Nature and Science Museum. Enter City Park off Colorado Blvd. at 22^nd or 23^rd Avenues. Race start is located just west of the back of the museum.

Back Bibs:

New this year! Design a back bib for your Girl on the Run or yourself. Bibs are customizable with photos and messages. For each bib designed, Girls on the Run of the Rockies will receive a portion of the proceeds. Click here for more info and to get started.
