Get Ready for the Season

Online program registration for girls opens February 5 and season start is the week March 5.  Please check with the site coordinator at your school if you have questions about rosters, health forms, etc.

Before Your First Day of Practice:

  • Contact Your Site Coordinator – Find them on the Locations list.
  • Connect with your Co-Coaches and decide who will lead which lessons.  If you don’t know who your co-coaches are yet, email Sophie.Ohaus@girlsontherun.org
  • Make sure you’ve completed your Coach Registration for the Season, completed background check with us in the last 2 years and that we have a current copy of your CPR Certification.  We will email you when you need to renew. Log into the Secure Area to complete these steps.
  • Download the Attendance Tracker app and set up a Raceplanner account (Download Instructions (PDF) or Watch the Video). Don’t have a Raceplanner account yet?  Go here to request access: https://raceplanner.com/account/volunteerloginrequest.
  • Get your rosters and health forms for each participant from your Site Coordinator.
  • Read through Lesson 1.
  • If you registered before January 11, please sign the 5k Waiver.

Submit Background Checks and More!

Log into the secure area to complete your background check, upload your CPR certification, RSVP to coaches training and more.  Please email sophie.ohaus@girlsontherun.org or call (720) 879-2354 if you need the password.
