Jessica Leon
ard serves as the Assistant Principal at Denver Language School. With her busy schedule and school administration responsibilities she still decided to expand her impact as an educator and become a Girls on the Run Coach at DLS.
As a caring and supportive role model, coach Jessica led the season with enthusiasm and dedication. From Lesson 1, she guided her team and co-coaches with a dynamic style that inspired girls to be confident and independent. By constantly making sure everybody’s voice is heard, she reminds girls that their opinions -and themselves- are worthy.
Coach Jessica’s positive energy, dedication to every lesson and constant words of encouragement inspired confidence throughout the season and created a safe space for every girl on the team.
At Girls on the Run, we want to take the time to highlight and thank her for volunteering her time and talents with us. A true mentor for our GOTR girls, we hope to have her coach again in the near future!!
