Training Dates (Spring 2025 Season)

All new coaches are invited (and required) to attend an in-person training. Come dressed comfortably and be ready to move. Future coaches will have an opportunity to work with the Girls on the Run curriculum, meet other volunteers and learn best practices for coaching.

You must be placed with a team prior signing up for a training event.   You can go to our Coach page, click “Sign Up Now” to complete a coach application.

Denver Metro - You may attend one of any of the below options: 

• Saturday, February 22 (8:30 AM to 11:30 AM)
• Wednesday, February 26 (4 PM to 7:00 PM)
• Saturday, March 1 (8:30 AM to 11:30 AM)
