This is the culmination of the program and gives participants a tangible sense of accomplishment, recognizing their inner strengths and celebrating what makes each one of them unique!

YOUR GOTR GIRL’S LEARNING JOURNEY: AT HOME AND BEYOND

In Lessons 13-20 of Girls on the Run, your child will celebrate their strengths and work together to make a positive impact on their community. They'll dive into teamwork and cooperation, learning how to listen, support each other, and make group decisions through compromise. They will discuss the communities they are a part of, how they contribute, and how helping others make them feel. As they plan their Community Impact Project, they will identify their unique strengths and how to use them to work towards a common goal. They will also practice gratitude and use their Star Power to bring their project to life. Ask your child about their role in their project and how they feel about making a difference!

In Lessons 13-20 of Heart and Sole, your child will focus on self-awareness, relationships, and their impact on others. They will start with self-reflection, identifying what a healthy relationship with themselves looks like and setting personal goals to strengthen their self-care and confidence. As they progress, they will explore boundaries, learning how to set and communicate them while exploring their own comfort levels. They will also explore connection, recognizing why it matters and how strong relationships add to their wellbeing. Your child will take a deeper look at how their actions create a ripple effect, making a commitment to expand their Girls Wheel by fostering kindness and inclusivity. Finally they’ll reflect on their journey, celebrating how much they've grown and how they'll carry these lessons forward. Ask your child what personal goals they’re working on and how they plan to strengthen their connections with others!
