ACTION NEEDED: Survey for Girls on the Run

Dear Girls on the Run families,

We are so grateful to be wrapping up another fantastic season of Girls on the Run. We hope your child had a wonderful experience at the 5K and in the program.

QUICK SURVEY FOR GRANT EVALUATION - YOUR PARTICIPATION MATTERS!

Girls on the Run Rockies is partially funded by the Tony Grampsas Youth Services Program (TGYS) and is being evaluated by the Butler Institute for Families. TGYS requires all programs they fund to collect information about the impact of their services on children and families to meet state requirements.

Families involved in programming are asked to complete a survey about the impact of Girls on the Run Rockies. The survey should take less than 15 minutes to complete. It does not contain any identifying information and data will not be tied back to specific youth or families.

Please help us meet this requirement by completing a short survey.

If your child is 9 years or older, please support them in completing the Youth Survey. Note that this survey does cover questions on substance use and concerned parents may want to screen it in advance. https://udenver.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_bflUm1WSjjO1ylM

If your child is 8 years or younger, please complete the Caregiver Survey.

We appreciate your partnership in helping us administer this evaluation! Please feel free to reach out to me directly with any questions.

Best,

GOTR Rockies Team
